Shelly has studied health for over 23 years. She has modified her approach to health and healing to be Animals are food and Plants are Medicine. An Animal Based diet is a diet that will allow you to eat like a human, and not like the food and drug industry wants you to.

This program is for anyone who wants to lose weight (fat) and keep it off and is between the ages of 35 and 70. It is not for anyone is trying to get pregnant, pregnant or nursing; I have a different program for that. It is not for you if you are following another diet program. It is not for you if you have kidney issues, disorders or a transplant. It is not for you if you won't eat meat.
